Don’t face a crisis alone – and don’t be alone in a crisis!
A crisis situation can be addressed in person at crisis centers, through a phone call, or via chat. Many institutions and organizations specialize in psychological support, and there are also applications focused on this area.
Support and help can be sought both for yourself and for your loved ones.
The goal of crisis intervention is to provide individuals with support and guidance in situations they cannot manage on their own, so that they can understand the situation and become capable of taking responsibility for resolving it.
Possible topics include, for example, psychological distress, depression, loss of a loved one, study-related problems, concern about the mental health of loved ones, etc.
For CZU students, the Counseling Services Center is available.
