In the event of an injury, provide first aid to the injured person, unless your own health is at risk. There are 11 automatic defibrillators (AEDs) located on the CZU campus. In the event of a serious injury, call the emergency services at 155 or 112, or via the Záchranka application. Report the arrival of the emergency services to the Security Guards at +420 224 382 222.
Report any injury immediately to your head department or instructor.
To claim compensation for a work-related or student injury, please use the appropriate forms below and submit or mail them to the Security Division once your treatment is complete. Every injury must be recorded in the injury log maintained by the relevant faculty or department.
